How Our Partnership Model Works

At the beginning of the lease, we ensure that the apartments are suitable for Kotimaailma’s furnished housing services. We furnish, equip and style the apartments to create comfortable, home-like living spaces.

Our apartments are used by, for example:

• employees and project teams
• workers involved in construction, industrial, energy and data center projects
• employees on temporary work assignments in another location
• people in need of temporary housing due to water damage, renovation or similar circumstances
• other customers looking for temporary, fully furnished housing.

Between stays, we arrange professional cleaning and regularly monitor the condition of the apartments. Our goal is to ensure that the apartments remain in good condition and that the partnership is as easy and hassle-free as possible for the property owner.
