The rental price always covers a fully furnished and equipped apartment, complete with clean bed linens, towels, kitchenware, and appliances. Water, electricity, heating, high-speed internet, and final cleaning after your departure are all included in the price. You won’t have to worry about extra charges, everything is ready for you upon arrival.

We do not charge separately for keys, final cleaning, or normal wear and tear. If you want additional services, like weekly cleaning or extra linens, these are clearly priced in advance. You’ll always know what you’re paying for.
