I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Kotimaailma team for their incredible help and kindness. In January, my family and I were stranded at Rovaniemi Airport with no accommodation available, as everything in the city was fully booked. The situation felt quite hopeless.

Thanks to the exceptional support from Kotimaailma, and especially Juho-Matti and Antti from your Rovaniemi team, we were personally picked up from the airport and taken to one of your serviced apartments. This truly felt like a small miracle, especially when even services such as Amex Centurion, Hilton Diamond, and GHA Platinum were unable to assist us.

This experience reminded me that friendship, genuine care, and a strong network are more valuable than anything else. I was fortunate to remember my close friend from Turku, Juhani Wihanto, who introduced me to Jake Aalto, one of the owners of Kotimaailma. Jake kindly guided me to get in touch with Juho-Matti and Antti. Thanks to his help and their immediate action, we received support in this difficult situation. Without them, and the entire Kotimaailma team, we would have been in a very difficult position.
