Can the reservation be made per day, or does the accommodation always last for a week?

The contract can be made for exactly the length of time required for housing. The customer is billed for the days the apartment is reserved for them.

How and when is accommodation paid for?

Payment for accommodation is made in full in advance, for longer reservations the reservation fee is paid in advance. Our payment methods are very flexible and meet the needs of many customers. Invoicing is always agreed separately. See payment methods here.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. At Kotimaailma, it is possible to agree on apartment-specific check-in and check-out schedules as an additional service. Please remember to inform us of your needs when booking your accommodation, and we will tailor check-in and check-out to your needs.

Are there any restrictions or rules related to the apartment?

We expect residents to treat the apartment with due care and respect, as is customary in rental housing. We also expect residents to comply with local laws and regulations, as well as any housing association or neighborhood rules. We always clearly state any pet restrictions, smoking rules, or other home-related restrictions when booking an apartment.

If you change the arrangement of the furniture in the apartment, please return the furniture to its proper place when you leave.

What furniture is included in the rent?

At Kotimaailma, the accommodation price includes everything essential, such as all the furniture in the home and the full equipment of the apartment, from kitchen utensils and appliances to clean linens.
