How can I get my apartment keys outside office hours?

If you arrive after our office hours or in the weekend, you will get your key from a keybox in our Kotimaailma office at Albertinkatu 46. Our customer service will send you detailed information to your email and phone. 

How can I return my keys after check out?

When you check out leave the keys in the apartment on the table where the cleaners can see it. 

If you forget to leave the keys please let us know as soon as possible. 

We have the right to charge if you don´t return the key.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes of course. If you want to extend your stay just contact our customer service. 
Unfortunately we cant promise that you can stay in the same apartment but we will try our best.

Can I check out later than 11?

Late check out depends on the day of your check out. 

Late check out costs 10€ / per one extra hour. Latest check out is possible at 14.00, you can contact our customer service and ask for late check out.

Can I check in earlier then at 16.00?

It depends on the arrival date. 

Earlist check in time is at 14.00. You can contact our customer service and ask for early check in.

Where is your office located?

Our Kotimaailma Helsinki office is located in Albertinkatu 46, Helsinki. Few minutes from Kamppi shopping centre.

The office is on the street level, next to Lego store and accross dog park. 

Are pets allowed in your apartments?

Kotimaailma Helsinki happily accommodates family pets.

Unfortunately, not all of our apartments allows pets, you can contact our customer service if you would like to inquire about your pets stay.

If you take your pets with you, Kotimaailma Helsinki will charge an additional cleaning fee of 30 €.
